White pen on black paper. I took me a week cos i could only use the pen for a few minutes at time before i got too spaced!!!
The whole drawing was like a map of my mind for that week, it all just appeared, no real thought... i plan to do more!! they are very therapeutic although headaches are a by product from using the pen!!!
